Carolina is a political scientist from the Andes University with a master’s degree in Government from Johns Hopkins University. She is an expert in public affairs with more than eighteen years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She has held positions of high responsibility and developed extensive experience in government and corporate affairs, public relations, corporate social responsibility, lobbying, strategic communications and project execution.
Carolina has played a leading role in working with varies segments of the Colombian
Government and leading businesses on a multitude of issues. She has been an advisor and consultant to the Colombian Minister of Information and Communications Technologies and the Minister of Labor.
Prior to her work with Link-Up Consultancy, Carolina worked on a number of political campaigns in Colombia and served at senior positions in a number of leading Colombian companies.
